This notice describes the current data practices of the Aelthia prelaunch website and is intended to be readable before the broader privacy architecture is introduced.
What we collect
When you choose to contact or follow Aelthia, we may collect the information you intentionally submit, such as your name, email address, and selected participation pathway.
When a contact form is submitted, we may also record limited first-party attribution information such as the page you submitted from, the referring page when available, and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, and campaign. This helps us understand how people discover Aelthia and which outreach is useful.
What we do not seek through this public site
The general prelaunch experience is not designed to collect sensitive health information, psychological information, biometrics, political or religious views, sexual information, precise location, or similarly sensitive categories. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the public contact form.
Why we use the information
- to send Aelthia development communications when you explicitly consent;
- to understand legitimate interest in early access, research collaboration, or organizational work;
- to understand basic referral and campaign effectiveness;
- to improve the public experience and determine which parts of the work deserve clearer explanation.
Communication consent
Submitting an email address does not by itself authorize unlimited communication. The public form asks for explicit consent to receive Aelthia development communications. You may withdraw from those communications through the unsubscribe or reply mechanism provided with them.
Data minimization
Aelthia’s prelaunch approach is to prefer declared intent and proportionate first-party information over covert profiling. We do not design this site around invasive fingerprinting or unnecessary cross-site surveillance.
Service providers
The current public site uses Webflow for website hosting and form infrastructure, and Cloudflare for DNS and related edge services. These providers may process technical data needed to operate and protect the site under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
Retention and future changes
We intend to retain contact and participation information only as long as it remains useful for the purpose for which it was collected or as otherwise required. As Aelthia’s public systems mature, this notice will be expanded to describe additional controls, retention rules, analytics choices, and data rights more precisely.
